The Art of Returning

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To preserve the integrity of our collections, returned items must remain in pristine, original condition—unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Special Note for Limited Editions:
    Many of our creations are produced in limited quantities. For this reason, every returned item undergoes a detailed quality inspection. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

  3. Exclusions:
    Custom or personalized pieces, tailored exclusively for you, are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

  2. Shipping with Care:
    Once your return is approved, detailed shipping instructions will be provided. Please ensure the item is carefully packaged, reflecting the care with which it was delivered to you. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.

  3. Review & Resolution:
    Upon receiving your item, our quality assurance experts will conduct a thorough review. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges & International Returns

  • Exchanges:
    We do not offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to select another item, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order.

  • For Our International Clients:
    Cross-border returns may require additional handling due to varying customs processes. We will work closely with you to ensure smooth processing.
